It's a good thing we bought this for me and not my husband. Both of us are average in weight and height. This chair is definitely made for a small woman or a young teenager. I am 5'8", 135 lbs. and this chair fits me just right on the sides. If you have big hips, this chair will not work for you. And the chair is not tall enough to give me head support. Fortunately, I did not buy it to rest for long periods of time. I had no problems with shipping as did the other reviewer. Mine came in perfect condition. Comes in two pieces, very easy to put two pieces together. It is a firm seat, not one you sink into, but comfortable. It will serve it's purpose for me.

Ok here we go. Good price for a low quality chair but that is it. Really don't waste your time. We purchased two of these for our home and what a mistake that was! The first one came in a destroyed (and I mean destroyed) box missing all hardware inside. We never could get the company or amazon to send replacement screws. You would think the second would be different and the first was a fluke... Nope! Same problem. Low quality packaging and missing parts again. Stear clear and pay more for a quality product.

Unbelievably comfortable. This is one of the most comfortable office chairs I have ever seen. I loved my old office chair that was all leather with a high back and thought I would never want to change. This is now my favorite chair, I absolutely love it. By looking at the chair one would think that the mesh back would not be comfortable at all, but it is comfortable and allows for air circulation. The seat is so very comfortable. I love the fact that the arms are adjustable in height, other great features include different positions and tilts in different directions adding to the overall comfort. Very easy to assemble. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

For the price, this is an amazing chair. I worked as a secretary for over 30 years and this is the typical chair I used. The instructions are well-written and it only took my husband about 20 minutes to put the chair together (a new record as he tends to be instruction-challenged). It's lightweight, comfortable and moves with ease on the five rollers. The mesh back is a nice feature and is ergonomically made.

The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the arms are not adjustable. But they are at a good height for using a computer. The seat is well-padded which is the most important feature in my opinion. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a good, reasonably priced office chair.

Hon calls this a high-back work chair. Hon isn't calling it ergonomic chair, although one can sit on it in an ergonomically correct way. Great value, truly outstanding value compared to all the chairs I've seen in either big box or office supply stores.

It's super easy to assemble, although not as easy as the Aeron. There's not much to assembly but know this is a heavy chair. There's a thick seat cushion with mesh fabric upholstered. The back is pure mesh, and tight too. The arms adjust nicely and I like them.

The chair looks as if it costs more than it does. I had volunteers at the office sit on it. Each gave it a favorable opinion. It's comfortable and does several basic things: swivel; tilt with tension control; tilt lock; pneumatic lift and adjustable height arms.

Hon has several models that use parts common to this model. This chair sure beats others in the same price range at the big boxes.
